Why create do we need to create Gmail alias in the first place.

There are good content create online and some may require you to opt in their newsletter for updates. Soon you find your email box will be clutter up. You might even forget to read those newsletter and miss out any latest information that might sparks a few ideas for your next business venture.

It is easy to track where those email coming from. When you have to create multiple Twitter account and you don’t want to create multiple GMail account instead, Gmail alias might be the best option

Benefits:
You will not need to worry about losing that important newsletter that you subscribe or you might want to look into it later and it there waiting in one of your folders.

Objectives:
Store those email newsletter in the folder ready for me to read it at anytime and access it easily.

Messy Email Might Mess Up Your LIfe

Keeping track of your email can be a huge headache to manage when your business start to scale up. Most of us have at least 2 email accounts, one for personal and business. Over the years I have about 5 email accounts and some i just closed the accounts.

The main email services that I am currently using are Gmail, Yahoo and recently MobileMe.

Just a few days back I realise that my emails have become messy and unmanagable. I could not find a particular email that I was searching for. Frantically login to all my email accounts and finally found what I’m looking for. I could actually save all this time if only i have a better email management system in place.

Compare to the above 3 email services, I prefer Gmail for its feature and ease of use. Each of them have it’s strenghts and I will still be using Yahoo and MobileMe for different purposes. Ok ok… the title of this post might be exaggerated (Just trying to grab your attention). Anyway, I’m going to share with you how I setup my emails management system on later post.
