Well, you have to know what to choose for yourself and what suits your lifestyle. That makes every iPhone unique… not in term of physical sense but how individual use it.

If one focus on crappy apps and they get crappy result. “GIGO” There’s nothing wrong it crappy apps I guess some are quite fun anyway and as long it is low commitment level.

Here are some top key apps that I’m using:

1. Amplitude
   http://www.ikmultimedia.com/irig/features/ – I use this on my Jamming session and record 4 track mix on my Guitar for composition ideas. This is awesome rockin stuff and sound like the real stuff.
2. OmniFocus
   http://www.omnigroup.com/products/omnifocus_for_iphone/ – Use it almost everyday for my Getting Things Done, from personal to work stuff. All backup live in the Cloud and sync to my calendar. A must have for GTD fanboys.
3. Project Management Chart
   http://www.blackburninternet.com/projects/index2.php – Got it recently and I find it so intuitive to use especially on the go. Gantt Chart ready to print by the time I reach office.
4. iBank
   http://www.iggsoftware.com/ibankmobile/ – I’ve bought a few money apps and this one nails it for me as the best Money management app. It will sync to MobileMe and iBank desktop. Keeping track of my daily cashflow have never been easier.
5. Looptastic Producer
   http://www.soundtrends.com/apps/looptastic_producer/ – This is no kid stuff. Remixing of all various genre is so easy. Additional loops track can be added.

6. Top camera apps: Hipstamatic, Pro HDR, Best Camera, AutoStitch, TiltShiftGen – These camera apps have serve me well. Capture and edit on the go is so liberating.
7. Rubik’s Cube
   http://magmic.com/iphone/rubikscube/ – Finally waited for this for quite some time. Practice 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 (still trying to solve this one) anytime on the go.

Web Analytics apps will the next one I need in my iPhone to track my websites on the go. Short listed a few and will review it this week to purchase. A report print out feature is a must have.

Over time, I realize my iPhone have become more than just a phone… at least for me. I do not see myself switching to others at the moment. Not because it’s cool or it’s the in thing that everyone using but it works efficiently around my lifestyle and I get thing done most importantly.

I thought this would be interesting to add. Till next post I will be reviewing 2DO app.

Why create do we need to create Gmail alias in the first place.

There are good content create online and some may require you to opt in their newsletter for updates. Soon you find your email box will be clutter up. You might even forget to read those newsletter and miss out any latest information that might sparks a few ideas for your next business venture.

It is easy to track where those email coming from. When you have to create multiple Twitter account and you don’t want to create multiple GMail account instead, Gmail alias might be the best option

Keeping track of your email can be a huge headache to manage when your business start to scale up. Most of us have at least 2 email accounts, one for personal and business. Over the years I have about 5 email accounts and some i just closed the accounts.

The main email services that I am currently using are Gmail, Yahoo and recently MobileMe.

Just a few days back I realise that my emails have become messy and unmanagable. I could not find a particular email that I was searching for. Frantically login to all my email accounts and finally found what I’m looking for. I could actually save all this time if only i have a better email management system in place.

Compare to the above 3 email services, I prefer Gmail for its feature and ease of use. Each of them have it’s strenghts and I will still be using Yahoo and MobileMe for different purposes. Ok ok… the title of this post might be exaggerated (Just trying to grab your attention). Anyway, I’m going to share with you how I setup my emails management system on later post.

One of the biggest challenges in this amazing journey to be a successful Web Entrepreneur is the ability to stay focus on the task on hand.

Never before in this century that we are presented with abundance of opportunities and it can get overwhelming.

When I first started, this is something that I didn’t see it coming. I became addicted to the information and jumping from one opportunity to another. That’s where the “Jumper Syndrome” came to mind for the title.

Five years later, all the information are still there collecting digital dusts somewhere in my external hard disk and NOTHING have been done.

Fortunately, there’s ways to overcome this problem and this phenomena on information overload. Here are some of the resources that assist me:

1. Getting Things Done by David Allen. This book is not about time management but how we can strategically plan our thoughts to execute certain task.

2. A year organiser/management portfolio that i use to plan out my goals and objective. I’ve section into 4 parts: goals of the year, 90 days plans, 30 days plan and daily plan. I have to thank Alex Jeffrey for explaining this in detail on how this works.

3. Mind mapping tools such as MindMeister and Freemind. Mindmapping is not complicated as it looks. Both tools are free to use.

4. For iPhone, I use Appigo Todo. It is easy to use and interface. Most importantly, I can back up the information to an online service at Toodledo.

5. By the end of the day, I will list down at least 5 micro tasks that I have successfully completed in my daily project portfolio and have a little celebration.
